About The Position

As a Team Lead, you'll support daily operations and help keep the restaurant running smoothly by:

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of front-facing customer service experience
• 3+ years of restaurant experience, including shift leadership
• Short order cook experience
• Strong record of customer service, teamwork, and problem solving
• Proven ability to help grow store sales
• Valid Georgia Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• SERV Safe Certification (or ability to obtain)
• 1 year POS experience
• Flexibility to work any shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing strong leadership and a positive example for the team
• Training team members on SOPs and ensuring policy compliance
• Monitoring performance, guest service, and operational standards
• Supporting sales-building initiatives and maintaining team morale
• Overseeing cleanliness, food quality, and service execution
• Assisting with scheduling, workflow, and staff development
• Responding to guest questions, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
• Ensuring proper closing procedures, balance sheets, and alarm setting
• Jumping in to help with line service, cooking, or customer service as needed
• Preparing timely reports and supporting Quality Control Program requirements
• Maintaining full knowledge of all menu items and recipe standards
