This role is presented as a launching pad for career advancement within the company, with many Assistant Managers and General Managers having started in this position. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, preparing food, handling cash operations, training new team members, and supporting daily store goals in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
