Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control. - Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines and service requirements are met. - Conduct safety observations and coach employees on safe work practices. - Assist with onboarding and training new team members. - Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food-grade compliance is met. - Address minor performance issues and escalate if needed. Job Specifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2 year’s direct experience in a manufacturing, production, or fulfillment environment. Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability. Able to lead small groups independently. Basic Microsoft skills. Must be able to follow specific instructions thoroughly and accurately and provide instructions to other associates as needed. Able to lift to 40 lbs. safely on occasion as required. Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed due to customer requirements. Ability to understand, follow and enforce company policies and procedures. Ability to be cross trained in multiple departments / areas. Able to lead small CI projects with little supervision.
