About The Position

Infinity Claws is the ultimate destination for claw machine excitement and arcade fun! As we open our first location, we're looking for a dedicated and energetic Team Lead/Part Time Manager to support our store operations and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Requirements

Prior experience in retail management, amusement centers, or customer service. (1 year+ preferred)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve profitability.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for gaming, arcades, or entertainment environments.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store.
Supervise staff and ensure high-quality customer service.
Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
Ensure claw machines are stocked, functioning properly, and regularly maintained.
Help execute promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
Train and coach new team members for superior customer service.
Responsible for opening and closing store procedures.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among employees.
Adjust daily agenda for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
