Requirements

• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic technology skills (familiarity with service tools and equipment).
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Capability to reach overhead and work under vehicles in a semi-enclosed area.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Train and mentor new employees, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Confidently educate, recommend, and install air filters, oil filters, and windshield wipers.
• Efficiently drain and replace oil in vehicles.
• Top off essential fluids, including brake, power steering, and windshield wiper.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
• Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the facility.
