About The Position

This role is for motivated Team Leads who are ready to step up, take charge, and help run great shifts. It is presented as a launching pad for career advancement, with many Assistant Managers and General Managers starting in this role. As a Team Lead, you will be the go-to person on shift, helping to keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences in a high-energy, fast-moving, and team-focused environment where hard work and leadership potential are developed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
Responsibilities
- Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Lead and motivate team members

- Help make pizzas and prepare food
- Handle cash and basic store operations
