Team Lead
About The Position
We are hiring Team Lead Brand Ambassadors for active street marketing campaigns across New York City (Availability to work in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens) This is a working leadership role where you will distribute flyers while supervising a small team of Brand Ambassadors during live shifts. You will help keep the team organized, make sure campaign instructions are followed, and report results after each mission. This is an outdoor, fast-paced role, so reliability and leadership are important. Job type - Part time / Temporary contract Work type - Onsite (field work) Salary - $30 USD per hour What’s Oppizi Oppizi runs street-level marketing campaigns for major brands across the US. We are currently expanding our NYC team for a high-volume campaign and looking for reliable Team Leads to support field operations
Requirements
- Experience in promotions, events, canvassing, sales, or field marketing preferred
- Team lead / supervisor experience is a plus
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors for several hours
- Comfortable managing small teams
- Smartphone with internet access required
- Available to work in NYC (Manhattan / Brooklyn / Queens / Bronx)
- Weekend availability is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Brand Ambassadors during campaigns
- Distribute flyers while supervising the team
- Train new team members on-site
- Confirm attendance and keep shifts organized
- Monitor performance during the mission
- Pick up materials from our Williamsburg office when needed
- Handle basic app troubleshooting
- Send daily reports to the Operations team
