About The Position

We are seeking a qualified Supervisor/Team Lead to oversee sorting, inspection, and rework operations within a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure team efficiency, safety, and quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
  • Prior supervisory experience (3+ years preferred).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts if needed.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly instruct and guide team members.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation and be local to the facility.
  • Successful candidates are required to attend a 2-day training program before starting.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees at assigned tables or workstations and oversee operational processes.
  • Lead by example, maintain organization, and uphold good housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure employees follow all safety protocols and company health and safety policies.
  • Report accidents, incidents, and policy violations immediately to management.
  • Coordinate shift start activities, including workstation setup and required paperwork.
  • Complete end-of-shift activities such as auditing paperwork and timesheets, and communicate necessary information to the next shift Team Lead.
  • Ensure all necessary tools and materials are available for job completion.
  • Provide on-the-job training for new work instructions as needed.
  • Be accountable for assigned personnel and provide performance feedback to management.
  • Participate in and support all health and safety initiatives and requirements.
