Under the direction of the Retail Manager, this position is responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer service to all customers and following proper cash handling procedures. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
• Demonstrated knowledge of position in order to train and direct staff.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well, both oral and written.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 - 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 6 - 8 hours.
• Must be able to pull/push carts and equipment for 6 - 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and motivates staff to ensure that work is performed in a manner consistent with department standards and policies and procedures.
• Responds with a sense of urgency to direct requests from customers.
• Follows proper cash handling procedures as determined by department standards.
• Employee assists in maintaining proper sanitation in the production and retail areas to keep a clean sanitary environment.
• Assure the safety of patients, staff and visitors through enforcement of department safety policies and procedures.
• Performs any additional assignments as required by supervisor/manager.
