Team Lead (Supervisor Third Shift)
About The Position
Columbia Forest Products has a Team Lead opening on third shift at our Chatham, Virginia facility. We are looking for an experienced leader who respects and values others and their contributions. Managing with integrity and making others feel like family are important factors for us. Three to five years of manufacturing supervision experience is preferred. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to problem solve are essential in this supervision role.
