About The Position

As a Team Lead, you will support site managers in the daily operations of the car wash, contributing to the site's overall success. This includes ensuring that inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are consistently met to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, you will assist in hiring, training, and coaching Teammates, setting a positive example in all car wash activities and upholding company values.

Requirements

6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
Ability to communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example
Ability to organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities
