About The Position

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Software Engineer with experience as a Tech Lead, who is eager to take the next step toward a Team Lead role. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical excellence, architectural ownership, and people management. The position is in the Israeli site , office location: Caesarea

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience as a strong Software / Backend Engineer.
Backend development, with a strong focus on data-intensive systems.
Proven experience acting as a Tech Lead or owning complex technical domains.
Strong command of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design, and clean code.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Java, etc.).
Solid experience with SQL.
Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with cloud platform - AWS.
Familiarity with Big Data and streaming technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Cassandra, HBase)
Demonstrated ability to lead technically and influence engineering decisions.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Clear motivation to grow into a Team Lead role.
Ability to balance deep technical work with mentoring and ownership.
