About The Position

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving,
picking, shipping, and inventory control.

- Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines and service
requirements are met.

- Conduct safety observations and coach employees on safe work practices.

- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food-grade compliance is met.

- Address minor performance issues and escalate if needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 year’s direct experience in a manufacturing, production, or fulfillment environment.
• Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability.
• Able to lead small groups independently.
• Basic Microsoft skills.
• Must be able to follow specific instructions thoroughly and accurately and provide instructions to other associates as needed.
• Able to lift to 40 lbs. safely on occasion as required.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed due to customer requirements.
• Ability to understand, follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ability to be cross trained in multiple departments / areas.
• Able to lead small CI projects with little supervision.
