In this role you will lead and maintain the overall activities of the production area during the shift You will also ensure production plan is followed and assist with training and continuous improvement Prepare post shift turnover report for oncoming shift and lead shift start up meetings is part of your role Function as a working Team Leader filling voids on the production team should they occur You will assist with the effective training and continual development of Operation Technicians Ongoing development of standardized work methods/processes, ensure that standardized work is followed Also you will drive performance objectives in the areas of delivery, cost, quality, and safety, and assist team members in consistently achieving their specific goal You will operate and/or oversee the operation of technical processes and equipment Monitor equipment and processes and ensure recording of process parameters
