Requirements

2+ years' experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Automotive experience a plus.
1+ years' experience leading/directing hourly personnel.
Ability to train others on section processes and procedures.
Lean manufacturing experience desirable.
Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions.
Must have experience using a warehouse management system.

Responsibilities

Coordinate training, work schedules and assignments and conduct shift transition meetings.
Investigate and determine cause of defective work and consult/advise as to corrective measure.
Develop/Implement process initiatives.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
