About The Position

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Team Lead to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for front-end operations, including cashier duties, while providing leadership and support to team members during shifts. Requirements

• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred

• Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Support and guide team members during shifts
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
• Step in to assist with customer flow during busy periods
