About The Position

Team Lead position available for an individual who enjoys motivating a team to meet goals established per shift. The qualified individual will communicate requirements to the team, monitor and encourages safe practices for team members, and will be responsible for training and providing support to the Sr. Team Lead. Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while under pressure and work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to provide leadership to team members on various projects.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and verbal
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lift and carry/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred, but not required.
  • Must be available to work Sunday's and overtime as required.
  • Bilingual for Spanish is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
  • Previous experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual for Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assigns tasks to team members to optimize productivity
  • Monitors the productivity of your team members, sharing numbers daily and coaching underperformers
  • Auditing the quality of work performed by your team members and giving feedback as necessary
  • Assists Sr Team Lead with documentation, job set ups and paperwork
  • Maintaining high standards for professional conduct
  • Onboarding and Training new hires
  • Giving feedback as necessary for productivity, attendance, or workplace conduct
  • Listening to feedback and resolve issues from your team, escalating as necessary
  • Promoting a safe and motivating workplace and atmosphere
