About The Position

To support the development of the GEDU business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved and operational efficiency is maximized.

Requirements

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in International Education/EdTech/Education industry preferably in managing call centre/customer service executives of which at least 2 years should be at a team leader position.
  • Team handling experience of managing at least 8-10 member.
  • Target driven and ability to achieve numbers in highly competitive environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of CRM and telephony is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles and strategy.
  • Detail Orientation: Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Dubai/European market is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Experience and knowledge of setting up processes will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of pre-sales would be an advantage
