About The Position

Are you a natural leader who loves great food, fast-paced teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences? We're looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our restaurant team and help drive service excellence, staff development, and sales growth at one of our busy locations. If you thrive in a leadership role, know how to motivate a team, and can jump in wherever needed, we want to meet you! As a Team Lead, you'll support daily operations and help keep the restaurant running smoothly by: Providing strong leadership and a positive example for the team Training team members on SOPs and ensuring policy compliance Monitoring performance, guest service, and operational standards Supporting sales-building initiatives and maintaining team morale Overseeing cleanliness, food quality, and service execution Responding to guest questions, complaints, and feedback with professionalism Ensuring proper closing procedures, balance sheets, and alarm setting Jumping in to help with line service, cooking, or customer service as needed Deliver, set up and service catering orders to clients. Maintaining full knowledge of all menu items and recipe standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of front-facing customer service experience
• 3+ years of restaurant experience, including shift leadership
• Short order cook experience
• Strong record of customer service, teamwork, and problem solving
• Proven ability to help grow store sales
• Valid Georgia Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• SERV Safe Certification (or ability to obtain)
• 1 year POS experience
• Flexibility to work any shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
