About the Role
As a Team Lead , you'll be responsible for overseeing field operations during client projects. You will guide a team of support associates in executing tasks related to move planning, downsizing, packing, and organizing. You'll also serve as the on-site point of contact, ensuring projects run smoothly and clients feel supported and respected throughout the process.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Willing to travel within Venice, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte counties
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage timelines and delegate effectively
• Calm, patient demeanor with a focus on client needs
• Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in senior services, moving, or customer care is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate team members during onsite projects
• Act as a liaison between the client and Bluestar leadership during jobs
• Assist clients in sorting belongings and deciding what to keep, gift, donate, or discard
• Safely pack fragile and high-value items for transport or storage
• Ensure team adheres to safety and quality standards at all times
• Monitor progress and delegate tasks to ensure project completion within timelines
• Resolve minor conflicts or client concerns in a calm, professional manner
• Model compassionate, respectful, and client-centered service at all times
