As a Department Lead you will work closely in collaboration with our partner, a National Retailer. As a DL you are responsible for visiting the assigned locations, managing the local client relationship, and increasing sales and revenue of products and services through direct selling within our partner’s national retail locations. You will play a crucial role in motivating and mentoring a group of employees working towards a common goal (driving sales and productivity).
