Requirements

• Previous experience or coursework in marketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Customer service via phone is needed.
• Proficiency in or similar data entry management systems is desirable.
• Excellent research skills with attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a call team to arrange the sales team schedules, track succesful campaigns, keep crm updated with results for reporting.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels including email and social media.
• Collaborate with the team to develop engaging clientele responses via phone, text and email.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and text to our prospective clients.
• Participate in generating innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.
