About The Position

Clarks is seeking a Full Time Team Lead to join their team. This role is crucial to the company's operations, serving as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. The position involves consistently delivering positive sales performance, managing store merchandise and back stock, overseeing shipment, and maintaining a clean work environment. A key aspect of the role is assisting in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures, practicing impeccable customer service, and upselling products. The Team Lead is expected to exemplify the Clarks Brand, adhere to loss prevention policies, and foster a comfortable work environment for colleagues. Clarks, founded in 1825 in Somerset, England, is a leading footwear company known for innovative shoemaking. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
  • Organize the store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper placement of product.
  • Oversee the receipt of shipment and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures.
  • Practice impeccable customer service skills.
  • Upsell the customer, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
  • Exemplify the Clarks Brand.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
  • Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
