The Lead Person role is responsible for ensuring that safety protocols are being followed, identifying and removing safety hazards, as well as ensuring the flow of product through the shop to meet customer demands. The Lead Person is responsible for assisting in scheduling, job assignments, process improvement, and supervision (excluding disciplinary procedures). The Lead Person will perform work in their classification as required.
