About The Position

This position leads, monitors, and supervises the day-to-day activities of a functional group in a designated work area. It is a working lead position, meaning the individual must perform the responsibilities while working within the assigned labor group.

Requirements

• Ability to teach, train, and develop associates.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to fully carry out instructions.
• Ability to Multi-task.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills required.
• Diploma or GED Equivalency.
• Prior RF Unit Experience preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a leadership role.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management support to the team, coordinates workloads, monitors issues and ensures production goals are met to meet the requirements of the customer.
• Responsible for ensuring all employees within assigned work group are operating according to company standards.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Provide guidance, support and training to new team members.
• Ensure adherence to all safety processes and protocols.
• Facilitate communication between Management and Team Members.
• Develop work instructions.
