As a Team Lead at The Buffalo Spot, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive engaging and genuine service while maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to all guests and team members, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. You will be expected to uphold our commitment to great food, ensuring that every dish meets our quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, which is essential for their overall satisfaction. In this role, you will also take on the important task of training and developing both new and existing team members. This includes providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles and contribute effectively to the team. Clear communication is vital, and you will be expected to maintain open lines of communication with other Team Leads and the Management Team to ensure smooth operations. You will assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant when the Manager or District Manager is not present, which requires a strong understanding of our operational procedures. Cash handling responsibilities will also fall under your purview, and you will be expected to uphold all restaurant standards, including the completion of checklists and steps of service. Delegating tasks and duties to team members will be a key part of your role, ensuring that everyone is working efficiently and effectively. Supporting the team is essential, and you will be expected to help bus tables and stock restaurant supplies on the floor as needed.
