About The Position

The Team Lead is responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience. This role involves training and developing staff, overseeing member service, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.
• Very involved in front desk related tasks including answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Taking info calls.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.
• Great/meet potential members and provide gym tour.
• Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensure team members are aware and trained on all current marketing promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports as needed.
