About The Position
The Team Lead at Dynatect Manufacturing Inc. is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of team members engaged in manufacturing products within a specific product line or department. This role involves ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in production while coaching and developing team members. The Team Lead will also support the Supervisor in performance documentation and employee reviews, manage production schedules, and address quality and throughput concerns.
