About The Position

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the efficient and accurate sorting of packages;
Unloading and receiving packages from various sources (trucks, containers etc);
Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and key metrics (SLAs) to the operations leadership;
Ensure associates are working efficiently based on target metrics provided.
Provide feedback to internal management team on associate performance;
Use of tools including but not limited to scanners, carts and dollies;
Maintain accurate and timely records of warehouse activities;
Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively;
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture;
Train new employees on company standards and procedures;
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates;
Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity;
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback;
Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment;
Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or missing goods;
Communicate effectively with team members and internal management

Qualifications:
2+ years in a supervisory or team lead position in a warehouse or logistics role,
Fluent Spanish is preferred;
Strong leadership and team management skills;
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;
Strong conflict resolution skills;
Proficient in warehouse management software and the Google Suite;
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs);
Prolonged periods of standing and walking;
