About The Position
As a Team Lead - Training at Linde Advanced Material Technologies, you will play a crucial role in developing, coordinating, maintaining, and standardizing plant-wide training programs and courses. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these training initiatives align with the business unit's safety and operational goals, as well as adhere to the company's established training programs. You will provide leadership and guidance to Training Coordinators, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes effective training practices across the organization. In this position, you will actively participate in the interview and hiring process for Operation and Production Technicians, ensuring that the best candidates are selected to meet the operational needs of the plant. You will be responsible for conducting plant-wide orientation and training for new hire Operation and Production Technicians, overseeing their performance and attendance during their first 90 days. This oversight will include maintaining accurate training records and training matrices for all departments, ensuring compliance and readiness for audits. Your role will not only focus on training but also on supporting operations as needed, which may involve working as an Operations Technician. This dual responsibility will allow you to stay connected with the operational aspects of the business while ensuring that training programs are effectively implemented and continuously improved. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous learning within the organization.
