You will be responsible for conducting plant-wide orientation and training for new hire Operation and Production Technicians, overseeing their performance and attendance during their first 90 days. This oversight will include maintaining accurate training records and training matrices for all departments, ensuring compliance and readiness for audits. Your role will not only focus on training but also on supporting operations as needed, which may involve working as an Operations Technician. This dual responsibility will allow you to stay connected with the operational aspects of the business while ensuring that training programs are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
