As a Team Lead/Trainer, you will partner closely with ownership and operations to oversee daily moves, guide team members, and ensure each customer has an outstanding experience from start to finish. You'll play a key role in shaping our team culture and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to assist with light administrative tasks as needed
• 2+ years of experience in moving, logistics, or operations
• Comfortable working directly with business ownership
• Strong relationship-building skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to complete pre-move inspections
• Lead crews on-site and assist with packing, loading, and unloading
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during their move
• Coordinate with operations for scheduling and dispatch
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and professionally
• Collect payment and confirm customer satisfaction at job completion
