About The Position
The Service Coordinator Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the service coordinators and providing clinical support and guidance. This role involves training and coaching team members, assisting with scheduling and program planning, monitoring productivity and compliance, and providing service coordination to an assigned caseload. The position requires a strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and the ability to facilitate team meetings and performance evaluations.
