Overview: The Field Supervisor is an entry-level management position responsible for ensuring quality care for assigned clients. Their responsibilities include introducing and training new caregivers to clients, developing and updating care plans, conducting new hire orientation training, filling in for call-off shifts, and supervising visits for staff.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Flexibility to adjust to the needs of the day
Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience in 1:1 in-home senior care
Successful completion of Initial Orientation.
Pass Criminal Background & Driving Record Check.
Valid employment credentials (Driver’s License, Insurance, Registration).
Positive and professional attitude with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Travel to clients' homes on a daily basis
Assist the scheduler in care planning and team coordination.
Evaluate and improve current client care services.
Train and mentor new team members.
Join the Ready Care (On-Call) Team every other weekend (Fill in for caregiver call-offs).
