As the Team Lead, Sales with Housecall Pro, your passion is coaching and developing others. You have the ability to motivate and inspire your team members, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. You are looking to advance your leadership and communication skills, and thrive in a fast paced environment. You are responsible for learning HCP customers, as well as our product and sales philosophy. Your training will begin as an individual contributor for 3-6 months. You will then grow into a team lead for 3-6 months where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership abilities. As a Team Lead, Sales, you will receive formal management training and exposure to Senior Leadership for ongoing coaching and development, with the goal of promotion to manager within 6-12 months. Our team is patient, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.
