Modify patient plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Phone triage Pre and Post op calls

Requirements

• Associate's Degree Nursing / Patient Care
• 2 years Nursing/Patient Care
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing/Patient Care
