About The Position
The position involves comprehensive personnel management, which includes initiating disciplinary measures, assessing employees, conducting staff appraisals, and facilitating personnel development. The role requires ensuring effective personnel deployment planning, including vacation and shift planning, and participating in personnel and CAPEX planning. Additionally, the individual will be involved in processing complaints and deviations, and will independently and continuously develop their area of responsibility. The role also includes assuming (partial) project responsibility within defined frameworks and ensuring continuous audit readiness. A key aspect of the position is maintaining a trusting cooperation with both internal and external interfaces, such as production areas, technical services, customer services, plant management, and TCC/SEC. Furthermore, the individual must independently comply with standards, legal provisions, and internal company regulations, including the Working Hours Act and occupational safety regulations.
