About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is a seeking a dynamic Team Lead Canvasser. This role is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll guide a team of door-to-door canvassers, train and mentor them to generate qualified sales appointments. Being a Team Lead Canvasser you will blend leadership, training, and in-field coaching to achieve team success! Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Available for work Monday through Fridays 10am to 6pm
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Prior experience in customer service, sales or leadership
- A “can-do” attitude with the ability to handle rejection
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of door-to-door canvassers
- Actively participate in canvassing to set the pace and model best practices
- Train new team members on scripts, techniques, and company values
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community
