About The Position

As the Team Lead in Project Finance Agency within the Corporate Bank, you will manage a team of Client Services Specialists providing agency services on a diverse portfolio of project finance and structured finance transactions. This includes overseeing construction bridges, syndicated loans, international cross-border financings, and export credits in sectors such as renewable energy, infrastructure, energy transition, and telecom. The role involves managing both domestic and international clients and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Relevant experience in Project Finance and/or Corporate Trust.
  • Experienced in trust accounts' daily activity management.
  • Knowledge of syndicated loan structures, collateral & security trustee services, and administrative agent functions.
  • Understanding of legal deal documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of transactions for international and domestic clients, varying in complexity.
  • Work with Transaction Management Group to ensure that all new transaction documents are finalized to reflect Project Finance Agency Services team's roles and duties.
  • Manage portfolio in compliance with operational policies, procedures, and metrics.
  • Prepare periodic administrative reviews of the entire portfolio.
  • Supervise, coach, and train the team in their functions.
  • Monitor transactions to verify borrower compliance with governing documents.
  • Review and approve disbursement requests, monitor draw procedures, and manage flow of funds mechanics.
  • Responsible for processing amendments, waivers, and consents requests.
  • Manage all interactions between borrowers, lenders, independent engineers, legal counsels, and internal units.
