About The Position

The Product Central Team lead is a leader in the daily processes and tasks of Product Central. As an expert of function, the Product Central Lead is responsible for labor forecasts and distribution, daily assignments and goals, pivoting between functions to best use allotted labor to expected need, and collaboration across teams and shifts towards our goals. Team Leads are expected to have expertise in Product Central goals and how to achieve them and maximize labor amongst their teams. You will help create Standard Operations and Procedures, and their communication to important business assets. You must understand operations and have a background in communication. Pull reports to monitor team member's performance and may provide coaching to them to improve productivity, quality, and safety outputs. Support and communicate development programs, procedures and company values to provide a positive, supportive and productive work environment. Assist the Area Manager in setting up the daily/weekly job assignments of the team members. Will facilitate the movement of team members throughout their shift to meet our needs. Analyze deficiencies and develop plans to correct.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expert in fulfillment center processes.
  • Ability to exceed safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Experience with materials handling equipment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs.
