About The Position
Join a high‑performing inpatient pharmacy team delivering safe, accurate, and high‑quality medication preparation for Mayo Clinic patients. The Pharmacy Team Lead supports sterile and non‑sterile compounding operations, provides day‑to-day leadership for IV Room workflows, and helps ensure exceptional patient care through training, coordination, and operational excellence.
