River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a Team Lead for our Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Program, overseeing more than 200 PSH units funded through the Georgia Finance Housing Authority (GFHA). This position provides leadership over daily operations and supportive services while integrating evidence-based, trauma-informed, non-clinical case management for individuals and families experiencing chronic homelessness who may have mental and/or physical health needs. Under the direction of the PSH Program Manager, the Team Lead is responsible for implementing and maintaining a strong housing-focused service model that promotes stability, engagement, and long-term housing retention. Location/Schedule: 175 Emery Highway, Macon, GA – Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology (Required)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in housing management and housing policy (Required)
  • Experience working with one or more of the following programs: HUD, ESG, CDBG, HOME, LIHTC, or PSH
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed budgetary and statistical reports

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Coordinated Entry System (CES) regarding PSH placement updates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of community resources and provide appropriate referrals to clients.
  • Generate and submit monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports to management and funders.
  • Monitor program outcomes and prepare reports to meet grant and agency requirements.
  • Recommend strategies to ensure program goals and performance outcomes are achieved.
  • Conduct staff training on homeless service models, including Housing First, Harm Reduction, HUD Section 811, and Supportive Services.
  • Prepare and execute Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contracts with landlords/owners.
  • Review and process landlord-initiated rent increases or decreases.
  • Educate landlords and property owners on program requirements, Housing Quality Standards (HQS), and applicable River Edge, local, state, and federal policies.
