About The Position

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead, People & Culture NAM to join our People Operations department. In this leadership role, you'll oversee a team dedicated to providing exceptional service in the areas of policy and compliance, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a P&C or similar HR role supporting a US employee population. Experience in Canada or Mexico is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Proven leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR technology and information systems.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in Canada or Mexico is strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of P&C generalists and specialists.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members on policy interpretation, benefits administration, and employee relations issues.
  • Partner with business leaders across the organization to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the P&C function, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and recordkeeping.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve P&C processes and service delivery.
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and recommend changes to improve the employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
