About The Position

Under the direction of Patient Transportation leadership, open or close operations and run shifts as needed. Oversees the execution of day to day operations. Ensures staffing levels meet volume demands. Ensures timely service product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met. Fills in for staff when needed. Handles customer complaints. Assists with training and coaching staff. Follows and communicates policies and procedures. Delegates duties as needed. Maintains a positive attitude and conducts interactions in a professional manner. Makes decisions and communicates well. Serves as a liaison between department manager, supervisor, and clinical staff.

Requirements

  • Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
