About The Position

This position provides leadership for the Patient Account Representative team, ensuring consistency and competence in their job duties. The Team Lead serves as an expert in obtaining and verifying demographic, insurance, and appointment information. The role also involves promoting quality service and effective communication among patients, families, and team members to ensure the highest level of customer service. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 2 Years Patient Registration Or Direct Position Experience Required
  • 1 Year Customer Service Required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree Business Administration Or Related Field Preferred
  • 4 Years Patient Registration Preferred
