About The Position

With new headcount and renewed focus, our partner ecosystem is a top priority - with a specific focus on Construction and Real Estate - our largest and most established vertical in the US and our fastest growing region. As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager supporting our value added reseller (VAR) partners in the (CRE) construction and real estate vertical, you'll own the strategy, execution and measurement of co-marketing programs that support partner GTM success and helps increase Sage's annual recurring revenue (ARR). Engaging, motivating, and mobilizing partners will be central to your work, making it seamless for them to go to market. We're in a great time of expansion in the US, so as your role becomes even more vital in doubling our targets, you'll have the opportunity to be creative and propose new ideas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B indirect channel/partner marketing experience for reseller partners.
  • Experience and knowledge of the construction software industry OR SaaS / Accounting / ERP industry.
  • Demand marketing expertise and understanding lead flow when conceiving and executing campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Accountability is important to you, and you're known for your ability to authentically build relationships, instill trust and influence.
  • Ability to articulate your thoughts concisely verbally and in writing with hands-on experience creating effective marketing copy and communications.
  • A continuous innovation, growth mindset, embracing and inspiring change.
  • Ability to travel within the United States - amounts to approximately 5 times per year.

Responsibilities

  • Align and collaborate with Partner Sales, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing teams to streamline efforts and enable relevant, targeted campaigns.
  • Ensure sufficient content, assets, tools, resources, and marketing best practice/educational content are available to partners to drive improved performance and business growth.
  • Promote and utilize Sage Partner platforms for mutual benefit, while also championing our brand through consistent governance and management with partners.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of marketing investments, both within the company and to external partners. This includes tracking return on investment, reporting key performance indicators, and conducting data analysis to ensure effective marketing strategies.
  • Ensure effective management and optimization of partner marketing budget, aligning with predetermined criteria and MDF Policy for maximum return on investments.
