We are on the lookout for a Team Lead for Parcel Sortation in San Diego who shares our passion for being Customer Obsessed. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in being responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations. This role involves leading a team of warehouse associates, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in logistics or warehouse management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work overnight and weekends.
