We are seeking a Team Lead for our Epic - Patient Engagement team. The Team Lead - Patient Engagement will lead a dynamic team focused on expanding and enhancing Epic software throughout Montefiore Health System. Responsibilities include hands-on participation and oversight of workflow analysis, data collection, system design, and technical troubleshooting associated with Epic solutions. The Team Lead will prepare detailed requirement specifications, provide technical expertise in identifying and evaluating system enhancements, and manage the overall design, build, testing, installation, and maintenance of Epic applications. The Team lead will partner with the manager to execute responsibilities below.
