This position is located in our New York office, with three days on-site (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a team flex day) and two days remote. Job Overview: As a player-coach, reporting to the VP, Sales Director, you will be an individual contributor while also leading part of a high-performing business development team, driving strategic sales initiatives that shatter revenue targets. This pivotal role demands a seasoned leader with deep expertise in the dynamic healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing arena, a keen understanding of digital media and data-driven strategies, and a proven ability to forge and nurture lasting client relationships, both with agency partners and pharmaceutical brand teams.
