About The Position

The Team Leader at Towne Park is responsible for overseeing the general operations of a property with fewer than nine Guest Service Associates (GSAs). This role involves ensuring that service standards are met, coordinating team activities, and providing guidance to staff. The Team Leader plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing staffing levels, and addressing any critical issues that arise during operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Guest Service Associate (GSA) procedures.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, drive, and persistence to achieve goals.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and point-of-sale applications.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent delivery of guest/patient service experience across all shifts.
  • Perform guest/patient service duties regularly.
  • Allocate labor resources efficiently to support service delivery and adjust staffing levels as needed.
  • Integrate Towne Park's service standards with the client's standards effectively.
  • Handle guest/patient complaints and difficult situations with composure and accuracy.
  • Participate in 'The Show' and deliver 'Aggressive Hospitality' to guests/patients.
  • Check in arriving guests/patients and explain vehicle parking and retrieval procedures.
  • Conduct effective room presentations for hotel guests and assist with deliveries to guest/patient rooms.
  • Engage in the hiring process to select the best candidates for the location.
  • Foster an environment that retains talented associates and provide proper orientation and training for new hires.
  • Recognize and promote top performers and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Develop strong working relationships with client staff and maintain regular communication.
  • Ensure compliance with scheduling, overtime, and timekeeping policies.
  • Collect revenue for all vehicles and complete shift reports accurately.
