At Telecare’s In-Home Outreach Team (IHOT) in San Diego, we’re looking for a newly licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) ready to take the next step into leadership. This is your opportunity to guide a multidisciplinary team, shape care in the community, and help adults living with serious mental illness reconnect with hope and recovery. In this entry-level management position , you’ll supervise a compassionate team providing community-based, in-home outreach to individuals who are hesitant or resistant to traditional mental health services. You’ll build your leadership foundation while continuing to use your clinical skills — all in a supportive, mission-driven environment that celebrates growth and collaboration. The In-Home Outreach Team (IHOT) provides mobile outreach and engagement throughout San Diego County for adults living with serious mental illness who are resistant to services. IHOT serves as the gatekeeper to Telecare’s Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program, assessing individuals under Laura’s Law and linking them to the care they need. Our teams serve 120–150 individuals per quarter , connecting clients to treatment, education, and stability — one home visit at a time. Requirements
- Current California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license
- 1+ year of supervisory experience OR completion of supervisory training within 6 months
- Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance (driving required)
- Willingness to use personal or company vehicle for community outreach
